Shipping policy

At Doree By Rinkie, every piece is cut, embroidered and finished by hand in our small Delhi atelier. We ship across India and worldwide with trusted courier partners.

Dispatch timelines
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2 working days of order confirmation.
Pre-Order pieces are crafted to order in our atelier and dispatched within 15 days of order confirmation.

Delivery timelines (post-dispatch)
Domestic (India): typically 3–7 working days, depending on location.
International: typically 7–14 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on the courier partner and the destination address. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges
Free shipping across India.
International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link from our courier partner.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

Undelivered or returned shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to a wrong address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Damage on arrival
We pack every piece with care. In the rare event your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or visible damage, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and write to us at Doreeonline100@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.
