Refund policy
At Doree By Rinkie, every piece is cut, embroidered and finished by hand in our small Delhi atelier. Because each garment is made with care — and often made-to-order — we accept returns only in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect.
Dispatch timelines
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2 working days of order confirmation.
Pre-Order pieces are crafted to order in our atelier and dispatched within 15 days of order confirmation.
Scope
This policy applies only to purchases made directly from Doree By Rinkie. Orders placed via third-party platforms or sellers are governed by their respective policies.
What is covered
We will gladly repair or replace your piece if it arrives with a manufacturing defect — such as a broken seam, a missing button, or a flaw in stitching or finishing that was not visible at dispatch.
What is not covered
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit preference, slight variations in colour or hand-embroidery (which are a natural part of handcrafted work), or any custom and made-to-measure orders.
How to raise a defect claim
1. Write to us at Doreeonline100@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the concern.
2. Our team will review and respond within 2 working days.
3. Once approved, the piece must be couriered back to our atelier by the customer.
4. After we receive and inspect the piece, we will repair or replace it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. Approved defect claims are resolved through repair or replacement of the piece.
Order cancellations
A request for cancellation must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
