TERMS OF SERVICES

Welcome to Doree By Rinkie. By browsing, placing an order, or otherwise using www.doreebyrinkie.com (the "Site"), you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully — they form an agreement between you and Doree By Rinkie.

1. About us
Doree By Rinkie is a small Delhi-based atelier creating handcrafted occasion and everyday wear. Each piece is cut, embroidered and finished by hand by our karigars.

2. Orders & acceptance
Placing an order on the Site is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and an order confirmation is sent to you. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel a paid order, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Pricing
All prices on the Site are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Dispatch & delivery timelines
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2 working days of order confirmation.
Pre-Order pieces are crafted to order in our atelier and dispatched within 15 days of order confirmation.
Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and the destination. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & exchanges — defect only
Because every piece is handcrafted (and often made-to-order), we accept returns only in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect.
Covered: broken seam, missing button, or a flaw in stitching or finishing that was not visible at dispatch.
Not covered: change of mind, fit preference, slight variations in colour or hand-embroidery (which are a natural part of handcrafted work), and any custom or made-to-measure orders.

How to raise a defect claim:
Write to Doreeonline100@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the concern. Our team will respond within 2 working days. Once approved, the piece must be couriered back to our atelier by the customer. After we receive and inspect the piece, we will repair or replace it as quickly as possible. 6. Colours & handcrafted variations
Every garment is made by hand. Slight variations in colour, weave, embroidery placement, and finish are a natural part of handcrafted work and are not considered defects. Screen and device settings may also cause minor differences between the product image and the actual piece.

7. Sizing & fit
Please refer to our Size Chart before ordering. If you are between sizes or would like guidance, write to us at Doreeonline100@gmail.com before placing your order — our team will personally help. Custom and made-to-measure orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, designs, logos, and the Doree By Rinkie name and marks — belongs to Doree By Rinkie and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doree By Rinkie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the Site or any product purchased from the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.

11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order will apply to that order. Please check this page periodically for any updates.
